Vivo Energy Rewards V-Power Club Customers



Vivo Energy, the company that distributes and markets Shell branded fuels and lubricants in Africa, is rewarding Shell V-Power consumers to thank them for their loyalty to Shell V-Power, the fuel designed to improve engine performance.

Vivo Energy Uganda created the Shell V-Power club to establish a community of like minded car enthusiasts and Shell V-Power fans to meet, socialize, establish networks, and share car related information, tips and ideas. The members each signed up for a Shell V-power card which earns them points whenever they consume Shell V-Power at any Shell service station in Uganda.Every litre of Shell V-Power consumed earns the customer 10 points, and the highest consumers are rewarded every month.

For the month of August 2015, 10 Shell V-Power club winners were rewarded with different prizes at a dinner held at the Serena Hotel. The top three winners for the month were Simon Omoding who accumulated 49,088 points, Joel Odongo in second position accumulated 38,514 points and Paul Ssegujja had 37,619 points.  All 10 winners were recognised and rewarded.

Speaking during the dinner Vivo Energy Retail Manager,Edward Walugembe applauded the winners for their loyalty and encouraged them to continue using Shell V-Power and compete for the grand prize.

The Shell V-Power club will give you and your friends an opportunity to get more value for every litre you consume with points being turned into prizes including memorable lifetime experiences and other great offers from our partners, plus the enviable grand prize” said Walugembe.

Some of the benefits and amazing monthly prizes include, free Shell V-Power for a month, a  road trip to one of Uganda’s safari lodges, weekend getaway packages, spa treatments and health club membership; as well as Shell V-Power branded merchandise.

The grand price that will crown the whole campaign is a fully paid package to the Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi.

All Shell V-Power club members stand a chance to win based on the quantity of Shell V-power consumed during the campaign period.
