Airtel Uganda Digitalizes Customer Care with Latest App

Customers can check bill details, buy data bundles and connect to key services with the app.
Airtel Uganda users have, once again, been given a reason to celebrate following the launch of Airtel Uganda’s own all-encompassing app named Airtel Care.

The application, that is readily available onAndroid, iOS and the Airtel app store, is a self-care app designed for Airtel customers with data-capable devices, providing them with easy access to all of their communication needs. With this app, Airtel Uganda customers will be able to easily maneuver through the Airtel Uganda services accounts, check bill details, buy data bundles, connect to key services and get special offers like Kyabise and Pakalast.

Commenting on the new development, Tom Gutjahr, the Managing Director Airtel Uganda said; “As the fastest growing network in the country, the needs of our customers are many and varied. This is one of the reasons Airtel Uganda is constantly working to create innovations that meet our customers need. The Airtel Care App gives our customers a wide range of possibilities; from giving their feedback to finding out more about the service. It is basically a one-stop platform for our customers.”

Airtel Uganda has made it a point to improve the customer service that they offer to their customers either by introducing online applications such as the Airtel Money App or the Airtel Care App, or by opening up more customer care service centers to ensure that their customers always have access to first class products and services.

The Airtel Care App is currently available for Android and iOS on Play store & Airtel app store – Search Airtel Care
