Mukono

Mukono is one of the less explored towns when it comes to tourism though it has much to offer. Lake Mburo

A day trip to Lake Mburo starts with leaving Kampala at 6am. The drive is three hours and by 9:00 AM you arrive at the Lake Mburo national park. The first activity should be a boat ride on the lake where you will get to see otters, crocodiles as well as many bird species. You can follow this with a game drive through the park to witness the zebras,buffaloes, warthogs and antelopes in their natural habitat.
